Description: This historical horror-romance drama is based on the folklore of Arang. Arang, who is a daughter of a magistrate in Miryang during the Joseon Dynasty, is brutally murdered and returned as a ghost to reveal the mystery of her death. She escaped from the Grim Reaper who has captured her and returned to her town to seek her murderer. Unfortunately, she has lost all her memories after she died. She asked for help from the previous magistrates but they all died because of fright upon seeing her as a ghost. She then met a young nobleman, Kim Eun-oh, who has a special ability to see ghosts. Eun-oh pretends not to see ghosts because if he does, all the ghosts will approach him and ask for help. However, Arang discovered that he can communicate with ghosts and pleaded to grant her request. He agreed to help her with one condition, she needs to help him become a magistrate. He made such reckless condition because he thought that Arang cannot do it. He rejected her wish not until he saw Arang's hairpin. Can a ghost and a magistrate team up to solve a murder mystery and punish the wrongdoer?
